Proudly developed by Shenzhen Jinzhou Precision Technology Co., Ltd. - Mould Branch, this groundbreaking tooling system integrates the innovative S-Turbulator™ rib technology to craft self-locking corrugated fins using a continuous progressive stamping process. This leads to an impressive 30% faster assembly of high-density fin packs for aluminum heat exchangers. Designed for 0.08-0.3mm AA4343 alloy, it boasts ±0.01mm laser-guided accuracy at a remarkable 300 strokes/minute. The die features hybrid fin geometries (Hex-cell/Wave-louver) to enhance thermal turbulence, offering brazing-ready mirror surfaces (Ra≤0.2μm) that eliminate any need for post-processing. With cryogenically-hardened tooling that ensures over 100 million strokes durability, it is ideal for mission-critical applications such as 25-bar rated turbo oil coolers, EV battery thermal stacks, 1,000-hour salt-spray certified marine intercoolers, and multi-layer heat exchanger plate fins. Certified under the stringent IATF 16949:2016 standards, and with rapid 72-hour prototyping via 3D flow simulation, this system is supported by an impressive 24-month performance warranty, making it a pioneering choice in precision manufacturing.
