Featuring SKD11/D2 hardened steel cores (HRC62-64, JIS G4404) and robotic dual-station operation (15,000 SPM), these dies achieve 1.5M-cycle lifespan (ISO 12100 fatigue-tested) while supporting seamless switching between EV/PHEV cooling system geometries. Customizable for -40°C~150°C thermal environments, all designs comply with RoHS 2.0 and include embedded vision-error correction for 99.8% defect-free output.
