This fully automated stamping die delivers micron-level accuracy (±0.005mm positioning repeatability) for radiator headers, evaporator tubes, condenser end caps, and oil cooler connectors. Utilizing multi-stage progressive die technology with servo-controlled feed systems, it processes aluminum/copper tubes (Φ5-40mm) at 30-45 cycles/minute. The hardened ASP-23 steel cores with PVD coating withstand 2.5 million+ strokes - 300% above industry standards. Integrated laser scanning verifies dimensional stability after each piercing/flanging operation, eliminating leakage risks in high-pressure refrigerant circuits. Compatible with Schuler/Bräuer presses (150-600T), this turnkey solution reduces changeover time to 120 seconds via standardized cartridge design.
