Our expertise lies in designing and manufacturing high-performance stamping dies for automotive HVAC components, including evaporators, condensers, and heat exchanger side panels. Utilizing multi-stage progressive dies (≥3 stations), the tooling processes sheets from 0.15mm to 3mm thickness, compatible with 420 stainless steel, AL6061 alloys, and copper-nickel composites. Key features integrate pneumatic ejection systems (1.5MPa pressure), multi-angle clamping units, and AI-driven wear monitoring to maintain ±0.01mm tolerance with a 15-second cycle time. Critical components like 7CrSiMnMoV punches undergo flame quenching (HRC 62-64) and cryogenic treatment with liquid nitrogen for durability under 2000MPa loads. The dies support hybrid processes such as precision trimming, compound bending, and dry stamping, enabling mass production of legacy parts (radiator fins, U-bend tubes) and next-gen applications like EV battery coolant plates. Certified to IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.
