Product Description: Automotive radiator main board stamping molds are available in various types, including 1-row, 2-row, 3-row, 4-row, and 5-row main boards. Based on the drawings you provide, we will customize the molds for you. The main board types are also divided into those with side waist holes and those without. Additionally, we can weld reinforcement ribs onto the main board, and we can provide the corresponding tooling. The main board molds can be designed as single-stroke molds (single-process molds), requiring about 9 sets of molds in total, while also accommodating changeover needs (different lengths and slot numbers). Designed as continuous molds, as shown in the right image above, they can meet the requirements for 3 or more slot numbers while considering changeover. According to your needs, we will design different types of molds. We also have a large processing center, a complete project management and quality management system, and a large punch press (1250 tons). Many internationally renowned companies have produced products at our company. After we design and manufacture the molds for you, you can place the molds at our company for production, eliminating the need for you to purchase a punch press.
