Automotive AC Manifold Tube Stamping Dies Engineered for high-efficiency production of automotive HVAC components (radiators, evaporators, condensers, and oil coolers), Jinzhou's tubular stamping dies integrate AI-driven automation and ultra-precision tooling (±0.02mm tolerance per ASTM E177) to shape copper/aluminum/titanium alloy tubes with nanoscale surface quality (Ra≤0.1μm, ISO 4287:2022). Featuring SKD11/D2 hardened steel cores (HRC62-64, JIS G4404) and robotic dual-station operation (15,000 SPM), these dies achieve 1.5M-cycle lifespan (ISO 12100 fatigue-tested) while supporting seamless switching between EV/PHEV cooling system geometries. Customizable for -40°C~150°C thermal environments, all designs comply with RoHS 2.0 and include embedded vision-error correction for 99.8% defect-free output.
