This multi-station progressive die produces aluminum header plates for oil coolers, intercoolers and battery systems with patented S-turbulator rib technology (CN108057775B). Featuring laser-guided pillar control (±0.005mm punch-die gap), it achieves ±0.1mm tolerance at 250 SPM while processing 0.5-2.0mm aluminum alloys. Core innovations include:

12-station continuous forming of U-coolant paths

Cryogenic-treated SKD11 steel with 100M+ stroke lifespan

Self-lubricating system for 24/7 robotic production

Brazing-ready surface finish (Ra≤0.2μm)

Certified to IATF 16949/ASME standards. Deployed in BorgWarner turbochargers (25-bar) and Tesla battery coolers. Services: 72h prototyping with 2-year warranty.
