Integrating laser-guided KINSTAMP® progressive dies (CMM ±0.003mm) with NanoArmor™ 8μm DLC coating (HV3800), this system maintains 0.8-1.2mm wall uniformity in 6063-T5/3003 alloy tubes across 10M+ cycles. AI-driven control dynamically adjusts 200-1200kN stamping force and monitors 23 parameters, achieving 95% OEE through predictive wear algorithms. The HyDRA™ hydroforming module shapes 0.3-0.5mm SUS304/C1220T alloys (±0.05mm) at 45 strokes/min, with IR thermal fracture prevention. Compatible with R134a/R744 refrigerants, it ensures ISO 8573-1 Class 8 cleanliness via in-die HEPA filtration.

Core features include 15-min quick mold change (VDI 3323-2015), 30% energy efficiency gains, and multi-material adaptability for Φ8-25mm aluminum/copper/steel tubing. Certified for closed-loop lubricant recycling and EV/heavy-duty thermal systems.
