This precision automated stamping die for tubular HVAC headers delivers an all-in-one solution for automotive components (radiator/evaporator/condenser/oil cooler). Engineered with progressive/transfer die technology, it achieves leak-free tubular forming via accurate piercing, flanging and bulging of Al/Cu tubes, boosting heat transfer efficiency by over 20%. Integrated auto-feeding, real-time monitoring and quick mold change (1 million strokes (3x industry average). CNC optical profile grinding and laser compensation systems ensure ±0.01mm positioning accuracy and ±0.05mm part tolerance. Compatible with Φ6-25mm tube diameters and 80-400T press tonnage, it operates at 25-40 pcs/min for radiator headers, evaporator manifolds, condenser end tanks and oil cooler connectors.
