Precision Stacked Fin Stamping Die for Aluminum Thermal Systems

Developed by Jinzhou Precision Technology Co., Ltd. - Die Division, this revolutionary tooling system integrates patented S-Turbulator™ rib technology to manufacture self-locking corrugated fins through continuous progressive stamping, achieving 30% faster assembly of high-density fin packs for aluminum heat exchangers. Engineered for 0.08-0.3mm AA4343 alloy with ±0.01mm laser-guided precision at 300 strokes/minute, the die incorporates hybrid fin geometries (Hex-cell/Wave-louver) to optimize thermal turbulence while delivering brazing-ready mirror surfaces (Ra≤0.2μm) that eliminate post-processing. Featuring cryogenically-hardened tooling with >100M stroke durability, it serves mission-critical applications including 25-bar rated turbo oil coolers, EV battery thermal stacks, 1,000hr salt-spray certified marine intercoolers, and multi-layer heat exchanger plate fins. Certified under IATF 16949:2016 standards with 72-hour rapid prototyping via 3D flow simulation, the system is backed by a 24-month performance warranty.
