This advanced stamping system integrates Jinzhou's proprietary KINSTAMP® laser-guided progressive technology with 5-station precision alignment (CMM-certified ±0.003mm accuracy), achieving 0.8-1.2mm wall thickness consistency in 6063-T5/3003 alloy tubes. The die structure features 8μm DLC coating (HV3800 hardness) validated for 10M+ operation cycles through ASTM B117 accelerated corrosion testing (<0.05mg/cm² mass loss). Real-time monitoring of 23 stamping parameters (200-1200kN dynamic force control, ±1ºC thermal stability) is enabled by the AI-embedded KINAI® controller, achieving 95% OEE via predictive maintenance algorithms.
