Designed for 0.08-0.3mm AA4343 alloy, it boasts ±0.01mm laser-guided accuracy at a remarkable 300 strokes/minute. The die features hybrid fin geometries (Hex-cell/Wave-louver) to enhance thermal turbulence, offering brazing-ready mirror surfaces (Ra≤0.2μm) that eliminate any need for post-processing. With cryogenically-hardened tooling that ensures over 100 million strokes durability, it is ideal for mission-critical applications such as 25-bar rated turbo oil coolers, EV battery thermal stacks, 1,000-hour salt-spray certified marine intercoolers, and multi-layer heat exchanger plate fins.
